Florida to Play Larger Role in Choosing the Next President

Florida is no longer the state that decided the 2000 election, now it is one of the first states in the United States to hold its primary. Now its role in determining the presidential candidates is much larger.

Washington D.C. (PRWEB) May 26, 2007 -- Florida has been a major battleground state in the general election but now it will become a bigger player in the whole nominating process. Governor Charlie Crist signed a bill into law that made Florida's presidential primary on January 29, 2008, leapfrogging over a dozen states that hold their primaries or caucuses on February 5, 2008.

USAElectionPolls.com takes a look at the top 7 presidential candidates; namely: Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, Barack Obama, Bill Richardson, Rudy Giuliani, John McCain, and Mitt Romney and dissects the winners and losers of this move.

According to USAElectionPolls.com, the biggest Democratic winner is Hillary Clinton and the biggest Republican winner is Mitt Romney.
