Howard Nestler Surpasses 2006 Mid-Year Marketing Results Before End of May

Howard Nestler, CEO of Executive Options, has released the results of his marketing programs that specialize in the marketing of what he calls 'premium executives'; The figures attained by mid-May of 2007 are seen to have exceeded those of the first half of 2007.

New York, NY (PRWEB) May 27, 2007 -- Howard Nestler, CEO of Executive Options, has released the results of his marketing programs that specialize in the marketing of what he calls 'premium executives'; The figures attained by mid-May of 2007 are seen to have exceeded those of the first half of 2007.

"More and more, executives are coming to realize that the old methods serve only to prolong the time it takes to land a job and, more often than not, it is a job beneath their capability," says Nestler. Nestler's approach is to market an executive as one would a corporate brand or product by creating brand awareness and demand.

"Currently, the numbers work against a job candidate; especially one with high expectations," Nestler points out. Baby Boomers are prolonging their careers as never before. "A good man or woman can easily get lost in this abundance of riches," says Nestler.

Nestler's advice is for executives to think of themselves as an unknown brand in need of market share. "You have to create a demand for your specific combination of skills and personality," Nestler counsels. "At this level, an executive cannot afford to blend into the crowd. The value proposition of the individual must be clearly and emphatically stated."

"The use of the same tactics an executive would employ to promote their corporate products should be used to their own benefit," Nestler says. "A good marketing campaign will open up horizons and draw offers that befit the candidate's level of competence."

The marketing results did not come as a surprise to Nestler, who says, "These competitive times mitigate towards a more thoughtful and strategic approach to finding one's next engagement if one has high expectations."
