Harlem Hip-Hop Tours (H3 Tours), a New York City-based tour company, has combined the best of historic Harlem's charm, and unrestricted access to the "behind-the-scenes" corners of New York's hip-hop culture to create a one-of-a-kind experience for New York City visitors. Pricing for the Black Culture Tours ranges from $30-$90 per person. In addition to these tours, Harlem Hip-Hop Tours also offers Premium and School tours.
