Vim has more than 25 years of global business experience and will take the lead on various shared services and offshore advisory roles for Alsbridge.
Vim has worked in Europe, Asia and the U.S., and has been a leader in transforming the businesses of major multi-national corporations. Among his achievements include major process re-engineering and re-location of finance functions to shared services centers across the globe, offshore outsourcing of various support functions, development of new governance and organizational models and the implementation of organizational change management and communication programs.
Most recently Vim served as Senior Vice President of RSM McGladrey, where he was responsible for offshore and BPO initiatives. Under his leadership, RSM McGladrey successfully restructured its emerging businesses to realize significant annual savings.
Prior to his role at RSM McGladrey, Vim was a senior partner at Ernst & Young where he led the shared services practice.
