The new quality initiative is being introduced as an extension of the company's ISO 9001:2000 and Kaizan quality control programs. The Perfect Order™ is a further upgrade to the current ISO program and covers each aspect of the general production flow and new part qualification process. The quality initiative will improve the quality assurance program at all six QuantumClean sites in the U.S. with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction.
