Keynote speaker at the conference was the Hon. Margaret H. Marshall, Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court, Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The conference addressed issues across a wide range of subjects, including automobile tort, medical malpractice, construction litigation, insurance coverage, nursing home litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
