VSG Adds HD Post Production System to its Line of VSG Value Systems™

Venue Services Group, Inc. (VSG) introduces a new addition to its line of pre-engineered production systems. The VSG Value Systems™ FCP200 is a complete turn key editing system designed around Apple®Final Cut® Studio editing package, integrating multiple format source footage such as XDCAM, Panasonics P-2, HDCAM, among others. The FCP200 features an editing server, full input and output capability and can be optionally interfaced with news and sports applications.

In conjunction with Apple® and Omneon, VSG showcased a production system perfectly suited for sports and live events at this year's NAB. The linking of the FCP200, Apple® Final Cut Pro® HD and Omneon's Spectrum server configuration demonstrated the ease of combining live material via Gallery Software's Picture Ready application with pre-recorded video, providing a seamless, end-to-end programming solution.

As with all VSG Value System™ products the FCP-200 comes complete with all integration, training and documentation included. The system is installed in an ergonomically and custom designed edit console, with all software pre-loaded and tested. Installed on-site installation by VSG staff, the system is completely ready for operation and is fully supported by VSG's maintenance team.
