Experts Tim Mangan and Kevin Kaminski launch comprehensive independent SoftGrid training program.

This partnership, known as GridMasterTraining.com, brings together the experience of the two top independent SoftGrid experts to combine their collective knowledge on the subject.
SoftGrid from Microsoft provides a platform for application virtualization to solve application conflicts and reliably deliver standard applications on demand to users without modifying the underlying operating system. The primary purpose of this technology is to simplify and overcome application management challenges in an enterprise environment as a result reducing the costs associated with application management and provisioning in enterprise environments. SoftGrid is Microsoft's premier application virtualization technology for desktop and terminal server environments.
GridMasterTraining.com has developed the first independent courseware for advanced SoftGrid training, and will continue to focus on further refinements and additional materials. The first class to use the new courseware was held the week of May 7-11 in Evansville Indiana hosted by Q-Comm and included participants from three Q-Comm companies: nGenX of Overland Park, Kansas; Norlight of Brookfield, Wisconsin, and Cinergy Communications of Evansville, Indiana. "These guys just rock!" says James Derk, Director of Operations and Technology at nGenX. "Tim Mangan is the Pete Townshend of the SoftGrid world. He was with Softricity early on to build the platform and created the first SoftGrid training program for the company. He knows that product inside and out."
