Gainesville, FL (PRWEB) June 5, 2007 -- The Perth Leadership Institute (White Paper showing how CFOs can become agents of transformation for the financial culture of an organization. The White Paper sets out a new approach to improving profitability and valuation by utilizing behavioral approaches which can be integrated into the organizational and financial strategies used by CFOs and senior financial managers.

The research is based on the book by Dr. E. Ted Prince, Founder and CEO of the Institute, entitled The Three Financial Styles of Very Successful Leaders, published by McGraw-Hill in 2005.

According to Dr. Prince, “Our White Paper sets out a new approach to the role of the CFO.
