DTI Appoints New Vice President of Ops, Gives Industry Momentum

And now, there is a new addition to DTI's management team. The appointment of Shelley K. Friedman as Vice President of Operations for DTI will undoubtedly amplify the organization's growth and success.

Prior to this appointment Ms. Friedman leverages more than 20 years experience in the payment industry. Previously as Vice President Operations/Business Development at First Data Merchant Services in Coral Springs, Florida, she identified problems facing the payment industry creating initiatives that helped the company better serve their customer base. She also holds patents for a data capture terminal which receives authorizations from remote locations, utilized an embossed character reader and signature capture, and for the systems and methods that the terminal utilized for enhanced transaction chargeback protection.
Accomplished and astute, Ms. Friedman provides DTI with the right ingredients to grow and strengthen DTI's recurring revenue capabilities and operational efficiencies. Her unquestionable expertise and high standard for excellence will influence the way DTI goes to market and more importantly improve our customer's experience in doing business with us.
