Houston based Melton & Melton LLP is the latest U.S. CPA firm to join MSI Legal & Accounting Network Worldwide (MSI). The firm needed to find an alternative solution to a merger in order to satisfy increasing client demand for services in other U.S. States and internationally. Joining MSI meets this requirement, and just as importantly, enables the firm to retain its much-valued independence and identity

(PRWEB) June 11, 2007 -- With over 70 employees, the 14-partner firm is one of Houston's largest, locally-owned accounting firms, and provides audit, tax, and corporate governance compliance services for both publicly and privately held companies.

The decision to join MSI gives the firm access to a global network of over 250 carefully selected, independent accounting and legal firms in 100 countries throughout the Americas, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.

MSI is currently looking to appoint independent accounting firms in those U.S. States where it does not currently have member firms. Opportunities are available in, but not limited to, the following States: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Utah, Tennessee (Memphis), Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
