CPV's unique O-ring, flat-faced positive sealing system is industry-proven to deliver years of trouble free operation from -65*F to 400*F. The unique "slip-in, slip-out" design also makes line maintenance and valve changeouts a snap. The new brochure details information on the following products:
Mark VIII O-Seal Tube Fittings: provide maximum resistance to vibration (they won't shake loose) and offer unlimited break-remake flexibility with line sizes from 2" to 1/8" and up to 6,000 psi. Mark VIII fittings are a perfect choice for critical scientific instrumentation and "dry machine" applications for liquids and gases. Mark VIII fittings are also available for direct braze/weld applications.
Mark VIII Shutoff & Regulating Valves: offer CPV's soft seated design for positive low torque shutoffs in applications up to 3,000 psi. The Mark VIII valves' wetted surfaces are of 316 stainless steel and can be specified in Globe or Angle body configurations in sizes from 1/8" to 5/8" OD.
O-Seal System Valves and Fittings offer leakproof assurance for liquids and elusive gases from vacuum to 6,000 psi. The O-ring, flat faced fittings provide the reliability of a heat-sealed system and the convenience of "slip in, slip out" separable connections. O-Seal valves, with their unique soft-seat cartridge design assure thousands of bubble-tight shutoffs. O-Seal valves and fittings are available in tube & pipe sizes from 1/8" to 2".
