271 Regent Street will be Avanta's sixth business centre in the West End, after the company agreed an eight year lease on the 28,000 sq ft building with landlord Norwich Union. The building has recently been comprehensively refurbished by Exemplar and GE Real Estate, and will offer occupiers over 55,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation.
