Clear Indexes Announces Semi-Annual Rebalance of the Clear Spin-Off Index

Clear Indexes LLC, which creates custom indexes for investment product design and individually tailored benchmarks for institutions, family offices, trusts and endowments, announces its semi-annual rebalancing of the Clear Spin-Off Index (Amex CLRSO).

Effective June 15, 2007, the following stocks will be added to the Clear Spin-Off Index:
AVIS BUDGET GROUP INC, BOARDWALK PIPELINE PARTNERS, BURGER KING HOLDINGS INC, DOUBLE HULL TANKERS, HANESBRANDS INC, IDEARC INC, MARINER ENERGY INC, MUELLER WATER PRODUCTS INC, QIMONDA AG, ROSETTA RESOURCES INC, SALLY BEAUTY HOLDINGS INC, TEEKAY LNG PARTNERS LP, TIM HORTONS INC, TREEHOUSE FOODS INC, TRONOX INC, VERIGY LTD, WEBMD HEALTH CORP, WESTERN UNION CO, WYNDHAM WORLDWIDE CORP

Additionally, effective June 15, 2007, the following stocks will be removed from the Index:
ACCO BRANDS CORP, ADESA INC, AMBASSADORS GROUP INC, ATLAS AMERICA INC, BOIS D ARC ENERGY INC, CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL INC, ENTERPRISE GP HOLDINGS LP, GERDAU AMERISTEEL CORP, HOLLY ENERGY PARTNERS LP, JACKSON HEWITT TAX SERVICE, MONEYGRAM INTERNATIONAL INC, MOSAIC CO, NAVTEQ CORP, NEENAH PAPER INC, NEW YORK & COMPANY INC, NOVELIS INC, SHIP FINANCE INTL LTD, SUNPOWER CORP, WPT ENTERPRISES INC

The 40 stocks in the Clear Spin-Off Index are selected from the universe of recently spun-off companies based on Clear's proprietary investment algorithms and independent qualitative research.

Clear Indexes LLC has granted Claymore Advisors the rights to license the Clear Spin-Off Index for the creation of the Claymore/Clear Spin-Off ETF. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of the Clear Spin-Off Index before fees and expenses. Claymore Securities, Inc. acts as the distribution agent for the Fund. Neither Claymore Advisors nor Claymore Securities has any involvement with the ongoing administration of the Index.
