The Steam Team Joins Disaster Kleen International
The Steam Team, a carpet cleaning and restoration company with offices in Austin and Dallas, has joined Disaster Kleen International (DKI). The company's membership will afford The Steam Team access to new technology and tools to enhance their services to their customers.
Austin/Dallas, TX (PRWEB) June 19, 2007 -- The Steam Team, a carpet cleaning and restoration company with offices in Austin and Dallas, has joined Disaster Kleen International, Inc. (DKI), North America's largest property damage restoration contracting organization.
The membership will afford The Steam Team access to DKI's 24-hour call center, its DIAMOND claims tracking technology, and other tools to enhance their ability to serve their insurance and corporate customers. The Steam Team will also be able to take advantage of DKI's training seminars and workshops to ensure they remain abreast of changes in the property damage restoration industry.
DKI member companies provide round-the-clock full service restoration to customers including emergency response, water damage mitigation, mold remediation and reconstruction. Additionally, The Steam Team provides carpet, upholstery, drapery, oriental rug and tiling cleaning; fire and smoke restoration; marble polishing; and hardwood refinishing.
According to The Steam Team owner David Marquardt, his company's participation in the DKI network will allow The Steam Team to expand its scope of service, enter new markets and work in partnership with other quality restoration firms. The Steam Team will also be able to utilize Disaster Kleenup's branding in its marketing efforts and participate in a variety of co-op programs.
