Sofia Airport Center (www.sofiaairportcenter.com) will be an international-standard working environment in a landscaped business park setting. The concept incorporates three core elements, totalling approximately 165,000 square meters of commercial space: 100,000 square meters of Class A offices, 22,000 square meters of prime logistics space and a high quality hotel with associated dining, recreational, and conference facilities. The total investment of the project is more than 250 million euros.

Sofia Airport Center, located 300 meters from the new Sofia International Airport, will be developed and managed by Tishman Management Company EOOD, part of Tishman International Companies. The company will develop the project over several phases, with Phase 1 completions of an office building and several logistics buildings throughout 2008 and 2009.

Sofia Airport Center's development team includes the Bulgarian architecture firm "PROARH", international architects "Cigler & Marani Architects" and project and cost managers "Gardiner & Theobald". FORTON International and Cushman & Wakefield are the exclusive leasing agents of the project.
