Decision Support Hires Chief Operating Officer

T.J. Felice joins to strengthen team.

Matthews, NC (PRWEB) June 20, 2007 -- Since Decision Support's inception in 1984 the company has been known for continued success in the software development arena, and lately has experienced outstanding growth. With that in mind, Decision Support has added T.J. Felice to the management team as Chief Operating Officer, where his skills will complement current resources and broaden the company's capabilities.

As Decision Support's new COO, T.J. will be responsible for the overall operations of the company, tactfully delivering all the corporate shared services across the company.

T.J. comes to Decision Support with a management consulting and entrepreneurial background that spans over 16 years. He began his career with Andersen Consulting where he provided management consulting services to a number of top ten financial services firms across the country. T.J. left to open the Charlotte office for a consulting firm, where T.J. managed both the Charlotte and Atlanta offices. He then left that organization to create Exervio Management Consulting, which, over the course of five years, became a $10MM management consulting firm with offices in Charlotte and Atlanta. Last year, T.J. joined the Enterprise Planning and Strategic Initiatives group at Wachovia Corporation.

T.J. remains active in a number of community organizations, including the Charlotte Chamber, United Way Young Leaders, and the Charlotte Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization, and is also a member of the Advisory Committee for Jenex, Inc. He lives in Matthews with his wife, Hollie, son Alex (5) and daughter Audrey (4).
