Aware Technologies, Inc., announced today that Idhasoft has acquired Aware for an undisclosed amount of capital comprised of both cash and stock. Aware will be merged with Idhasoft Systems Integration division, Cavaya.

Aware will be merged with Idhasoft Systems Integration division, Cavaya.

As Oracle's second largest technology software reseller in the commercial business, Aware will remain focused on software licensing for Oracle as well as Veritas, IBM, VMWare, and BEA Systems.
