ZINO Society Investment Forum to Award $150,000 Prize, Companies Seeking Funding Invited to Apply for Zino Zillionaire Event
A $150,000 investment fund will be awarded to the best investment opportunities at the ZINO Zillionaire Investment Forum (ZZIF), to be held September 11, 2007, at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle. The event is sponsored by the ZINO Society.
Companies from all industries that are seeking seed funding, early-stage, or expansion investment and have a definable product or service are encouraged to apply. The company application deadline is July 31, 2007. Companies will receive an 'early bird' rate if they apply by July 22, 2007.
Seattle (PRWEB) June 28, 2007 -- A $150,000 investment fund will be awarded to the best investment opportunities at the ZINO Zillionaire Investment Forum (ZZIF), to be held September 11, 2007, at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle.
Companies from all industries that are seeking seed funding, early-stage, or expansion investment and have a definable product or service are encouraged to apply. The company application deadline is July 31, 2007. Companies will receive an 'early bird' rate if they apply by July 22, 2007.
Of the applicants, 28 will be selected by the ZZIF screening board to present at the ZINO Zillionaire Investment Forum. The selected companies will receive individual coaching by members of the ZZIF Coaching Board. In addition, the selected companies will be profiled in the September 7, 2007, Puget Sound Business Journal insert, with distribution to more than 65,000 subscribers.
The $150,000 ZZIF Fund investors will choose three technology companies and three non-technology companies as finalists, who will each receive an additional 10 minutes of presentation time. Of the finalists, the best investment opportunities will be selected by ZZIF Fund investors, with $50,000 to be awarded to the Best Technology Investment, $50,000 to be awarded to the Best Non-technology Investment, and the final $50,000 to be awarded to the Best Overall Investment (i.e. one company may receive $100,000). The fund announcements will occur immediately following the presentations at an Awards Ceremony and Wine Reception. Additional non-cash ZINO Zenith awards will be presented for Best Presentation and Best Investment Opportunity as selected by all ZZIF attendees.

"Not only will there be at least two winning companies at the end of the day, but $150,000 in ZZIF Funds will be awarded. On top of that, all of the presenting companies will have the opportunity to gain the attention of an audience of accredited investors. Last year, more than 250 people attended the event."
Accredited investors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders are invited to attend the ZINO Zillionaire Investment Forum. Lunch is provided as well as an afternoon wine tasting featuring sommelier-selected, medal-winning Washington wines.
