Grouse was the UK Racing Post's first head of marketing in the 80s. More recently, he was Victor Chandler International's marketing director for two years, and designed the communications strategy used to take the firm offshore. The strategy also helped to convince the U.K. Government to change the betting tax regime.
He has also held senior positions and consultancies with Sportingbet, Paddy Power, IMG, Virgin Media, Pinnacle Sports, Stan James and Bet365. He has considerable experience in developing businesses in both onshore and offshore environments, including the UK. Europe, as well as Asia and the Americas.
