Leading Bay Area Fitness Expert, Michelle Van Otten, is working double time to spread health and wellness throughout the Bay Area. Michelle has made it possible for all people to enjoy a safe, yet extremely effective, workout yielding 400-700 calories burned in each and every workout. This amazing Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp, runs every Saturday morning in Los Gatos, Ca at 8 a.m.; and is no cost to Bay Area Residents.
