Gannett chooses VoicePort CircPort™ speech recognition IVR in a second Center Of Excellence (COE) to automate 6.5 million circulation phone calls annually.

This second implementation is at Gannett's Louisville COE, which serves 42 of its daily newspapers, and is expected to field 6.5 million circulation calls a year. In April, Gannett announced that they had chosen VoicePort for the Tulsa COE. The two COEs have a total call volume of over 13 million calls annually.
