A business which has been successful in capturing memories for future generations has now expanded its range to help people safely archive their family stories. Handwritten family memory books can now become even more precious with the addition of personal photographs printed on their covers - making each book totally unique, completely priceless and, once completed, utterly irreplaceable.

These beautiful books are designed to coax even the most reluctant writer in your family into sharing their life story and making a real present of their past. Perfect as Christmas gifts, you get two presents for the price of one - firstly when you give the book to be filled in and secondly when it's returned, fully completed.

Priceless Treasures was started by Julie Pinnell who, after losing her grandparents by her early teens, had the idea of creating books perfect for collecting your family memories. Her company produces family memory albums for different members of the family from new parents to mothers and grandfathers: each charmingly illustrated book encourages family members to record stories of their childhood and reminiscences and souvenirs from throughout their lives as a keepsake for future generations.

To make these journals even more valuable, they are printed on archive quality (acid-free) paper which will last around 200 years - very important for something that will be treasured by all future generations of your family. You can also buy special archive pens which use special ink that lasts for at least 100 years, up to 4 times longer than ordinary ballpoint pens.

The easy-to-complete journals come with a money-back guarantee and have over 200 questions to prompt memories, followed by space for handwritten answers. The pages have charming line illustrations and there's also room for photographs. The value of these completed books is priceless - each one becomes a unique record of family life for future generations to treasure. There are several versions for various family members - perfect for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparents' Day as well as for birthday, christening, new baby and Christmas gifts, entitled Parents' Memories, New Parents' Memories, Mother's Memories, Father's Memories, Grandparents' Memories, Grandmother's Memories, Grandfather's Memories, Memories (a general version) and a Wedding Book set.

Editor's Notes
The Memories books were created and designed by Julie Pinnell, a Kent resident and mum of Adam, aged 4 and Katie aged 1½. Julie had the idea after losing all her grandparents by her teens. Her first book was handwritten by her parents for her family only, but the idea was so popular that Julie created Priceless Treasures Ltd to market the books.

Sample questions include:
New Parents: 'How did you choose my name(s)? What other names did you consider?' 'Mum - tell me about the day you found out you were pregnant…' 'Did I have any hair (and if so, what colour was it)?'

Grandparents: 'Where were you born and when?' 'What was the naughtiest thing you ever did?' 'What was the first job you had?'

Wedding - Both: 'When was your first date?' 'Where was your first home?' 'Where do you see yourselves in 10 years' time?'

Testimonials from customers tell their own story:

"I'm thrilled to have my parents' stories written in their own handwriting - their book is now one of my most precious possessions. Thank you so much!" Sue Chapple, Exeter.

"I'm so glad my grandparents decided to complete the book for my birthday. It is such a fantastic thing to have, and even better as I can ask them about some of the things they have written whilst they are still able to tell me." Anna, Herts.

"The books are…lovely keepsakes." Tricia, by e-mail.

Archive paper is acid free so does not yellow or fade or become brittle and can last around 200 years. Archive pens are also acid free and will last at least 100 years - up to four times longer than normal ink.

Julie is fluently passionate about the personal value of these books and she is available for interviews in print or on radio and television.
