Maponics Acquires Full Rights to HomeGain's Neighborhood Boundaries Effective June 1, 2007
Maponics, LLC announced the integration of HomeGain's neighborhood map data into Maponics Neighborhood Boundaries™, resulting in the most robust US database for use in local search.
Norwich, VT (PRWEB) July 13, 2007 -- Maponics LLC, a mapping provider of custom digital map products and services, today announced the previous acquisition of HomeGain's neighborhood map database for an undisclosed sum. Effective June 1, 2007, all rights and intellectual property of the database belong to Maponics. Under the terms of the agreement, HomeGain, its owner Classified Ventures, and its affiliates retain a lifetime license to use the original neighborhood map data.
