The conference focused on current industry issues including the effective use of materials handling equipment and warehouse technology advances.

The 2-day conference focused on issues revolving around the effective use of materials handling and warehouse technology, rethinking the old sales model, strategies for managing forklift truck rental operations and customer satisfaction models within the Raymond dealer service departments.
