In its third consecutive year, the Top 50 Under 50 Executives were selected based on their position within a publicly or privately traded company, the size of budget they manage, their community service work and the MBA degree they hold.

His technical knowledge and management experience is vital in successfully managing the global architecture and infrastructure team responsible for worldwide delivery of everything electronic, from our production application servers to mobile devices and desktops to communications networks and telephone systems for 130 locations across 35 countries," Anne M. Charles joined Rohm and Haas in 1992 and has held positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to his current role in the company he served as Corporate IT Chief Technology Architect.
Despite the commitment demands of work, Charles manages to make time to contribute his talents to charity organizations that make a difference every day in the lives of people in the community. He is an active supporter and board member on several non-governmental organizations and not-for-profits. Inside Rohm and Haas he is the 2007 United Way Campaign Chair, serves as co-chair for the African-American Leadership Network and is a member of the Chairmans Diversity Council.
Charles completed his undergraduate and MBA studies through an Executive MBA program at Villanova University, and has participated in professional workshops and certification programs at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Duke University and Wharton School of Business.
