About the Author
Portia Gorham was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, but reared in South Carolina. She was a published author with the International Library of Poetry in 2003. In 2004, she was a featured poet in The International Who's Who In Poetry where she represented the United States. She shared a poem entitled Portions of Self. For Noble House Publishers, she wrote a poem called Listening Eyes in 2005. She also received a Certificate of Accomplishment for achieving the level of Skilled Reviewer in The Poet's Workshop. Percy D. Gorham is a prolific writer and author of several books titled The Most Precious Path, A Burning Heart After God and When The Wedding Ring Comes Off.
