PhotoWorks®, Inc. (OTCBB:PHTW), the Internet-based digital photo-publishing company, today announced the launch of Live Chat instant messaging, a new customer service feature that allows users to receive instant support on their photo books, My Share Web pages and photo projects. With the launch of this service, PhotoWorks is the first major photo site to allow users to work on projects while simultaneously benefiting from the assistance and expertise of a dedicated customer service team.

As in traditional instant messaging, a separate Live Chat window will pop up when customers initiate a session, allowing PhotoWorks team members to respond in real time while users continue working on their photo projects. Live Chat is currently available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time.
