Building a Coaching Culture for Competitive Advantage
Interaction Associates and PricewaterhouseCoopers to Speak on Strategy for Developing Enterprise-Wide Coaching Excellence.
Cambridge, MA (PRWEB) July 23, 2007 -- Interaction Associates (IA) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) will speak at the upcoming Fall 2007 Symposium by Chief Learning Officer (CLO) magazine to explore the enterprise-wide coaching initiative launched to develop talent at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Interaction Associates was instrumental in developing the PwC coaching initiative to meet the firm's goal of creating an environment where all staff -- from baby boomers to early-career "millennials" -- could seek or provide coaching, regardless of their role or position in the company.
Chief Learning Officer (CLO) magazine's Fall 2007 Symposium is a national gathering of learning, leadership, and training experts. The event is called The New Frontier: Exploring the Future of Enterprise Education and will be held October 1-3, 2007 at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona.
IA and PwC will explore the PricewaterhouseCoopers coaching initiative in a presentation titled Developing and Operationalizing a Coaching Culture for Competitive Advantage on October 2.
