Interaction Associates and PricewaterhouseCoopers to Speak on Strategy for Developing Enterprise-Wide Coaching Excellence.

We look forward to detailing the structured and disciplined approach to customizing a coaching methodology, with practical learning options, and specific coaching metrics linked to all PwC partner and staff development

Interaction Associates (IA) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) will speak at the upcoming Fall 2007 Symposium by Chief Learning Officer (CLO) magazine to explore the enterprise-wide coaching initiative launched to develop talent at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Interaction Associates was instrumental in developing the PwC coaching initiative to meet the firm's goal of creating an environment where all staff -- from baby boomers to early-career "millennials" -- could seek or provide coaching, regardless of their role or position in the company.

Chief Learning Officer (CLO) magazine's Fall 2007 Symposium is a national gathering of learning, leadership, and training experts. The event is called The New Frontier: Exploring the Future of Enterprise Education and will be held October 1-3, 2007 at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona.

IA and PwC will explore the PricewaterhouseCoopers coaching initiative in a presentation titled Developing and Operationalizing a Coaching Culture for Competitive Advantage on October 2.

"We look forward to detailing the structured and disciplined approach to customizing a coaching methodology, with practical learning options, and specific coaching metrics linked to all PwC partner and staff development," said Harvey Kaufman, Senior Consultant at Interaction Associates. "The result is an environment at PwC where people can develop to their absolute full potential -- and which carries a competitive advantage from both a recruiting and a retention perspective," added Kaufman.

Kaufman will co-present with Jinny Strand, a Director at PwC and the leader of the firm's Coaching & Development curriculum.
