Petach Tikva, Israel (PRWEB) July 24, 2007 -- Tuval Software Industries has announced the release of Version 2.3 of Speech-Over™, an innovative software application for quickly and easily adding perfectly-timed voices in animated PowerPoint® presentations. The new version can use any audio source - microphone recording, prerecorded files and realistic text-to-speech (TTS) voices. Voice-empowered presentations convert to Flash for e-learning. The software has a wide variety of applications in education and training.
PowerPoint's animations are so cool. If only there were a quick and easy way to synchronize a voice track with them, teachers and trainers could use their PowerPoint to create talking animated presentations that would be great for learning, training and other interesting things.
Good news: Now there is a way.
Speech-Over, first-of-a-kind software that works in PowerPoint design mode and integrates with PPT functions, lets you quickly and easily add voice clips directly to animated objects for a perfectly timed voice track. Just select an object, and a simple dialog turns any audio source - microphone recording, prerecorded file or text-to-speech voice - into a media effect that speaks when the object is animated. Preview the results immediately in slide show mode.
Making changes is also easy. Speech-Over's voice editing commands change the voice track without re-recording: they move modular voice clips from one object to another and reorder the voice clips on a slide. Re-record only those voice clips that require it.
For applications like in-house training and on-line courses, use Speech-Over with realistic text-to-speech voices to achieve extra savings, speed and flexibility. Add and change text-to-speech voices as fast as you can write and change text. These voices eliminate the bottlenecks of recording and human voice-overs and are ideal for products or services that are updated frequently.
Speech-Over can also add interactive voices that speak when you click on an object -- very useful for quizzes.
Experience voice-empowered presentations by PowerPoint slide show, or convert them to Flash for e-learning with standard PPT to Flash converters like Camtasia™, Articulate® and ViewletCam™.

The software has many applications, especially in education and training for rapidly and easily developing and maintaining multi-media lessons, courses and training units.
