Visicom Corp. Adds New Board of Advisors Members

Visicom Corp announces the addition of 5 new members to its Board of Advisors team. The new Board members bring deep skills and a breadth of experience spanning finance, strategy, operations, technology, and rapid growth to the Visicom Corp. leadership team.

We are extremely pleased to bring on board such a stellar group of individuals. Each and every one of our new Advisory Board members has had a significant and direct impact on the impressive growth of their companies. We are looking forward to learning from the knowledge and experience of this fine group of people to launch us to the next level of growth at Visicom.

Visicom Corp announced today the addition of 5 new members to its Board of Advisors team.

The new Board members bring deep skills and a breadth of experience spanning finance, strategy, operations, technology, and rapid growth to the Visicom Corp. leadership team.

The new Board of Advisors members include:

Laurie Benson, CEO, Inacom Information Systems (Inacom Information Systems). Laurie has been CEO for over 20 years, growing Inacom from startup to over $70M in sales and 140 employees in 3 offices. She has served on boards including the Ingram Micro VTN Advisory Board, Microsoft VAR Leadership Council, and the HP Advisory Council. Laurie was inducted into the Ingram VentureTech Network Hall of Fame. She earned a degree from UW-Madison.

Kimberly Hodgkinson, Director of Finance and Operations, Aurora Health Care Ventures, Inc (Aurora Health Care). Kim's responsibilities span over 130 retail pharmacies, 20 retail clinics, 10 vision centers, an institutional pharmacy, and mobile imaging for $3B Aurora Health Care. Kim has 15 years of executive leadership experience, and previously served as a senior finance executive with health systems in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and Grand Rapids, Michigan. She holds both a MBA Administration in Finance and MA in Nuclear Physics from Western Michigan University.

James McCann, CFO, Dedicated Computing (Dedicated Computing). Jim has been CFO for Dedicated Computing LLC, a $140M technology hardware manufacturer since 2002. Prior to Dedicated Computing, Jim was the CFO of a consumer products manufacturer, and Controller at a specialty chemical manufacturer. Jim spent 7 years with Arthur Andersen in the audit advisory division. Jim earned his Accounting degree from UW-Madison, and is a licensed CPA.

Gregory L. Sliwicki, President, Berbee Information Networks Corporation (Berbee). Greg is currently President of Berbee, and has served in various leadership roles over the last 9 years where he helped lead company growth from $20 million in revenue to over $500 million. Berbee was recently acquired for $183M by $7B CDW Corporation. Prior to joining Berbee, Sliwicki spent 14 years with IBM Corporation. Sliwicki will be responsible for new expansion of Berbee's advanced technology solutions and customer business growth in the current 6 state market they serve. He earned a degree from UW-Madison School of Business.

Peter Zaballos, Vice President, Frazier Technology Ventures (Frazier Technology). Prior to FTV, Peter was Senior Director of Marketing at digital audio and video pioneer RealNetworks, was VP of Marketing at Vivo Software, and held key executive and management roles in sales and marketing spanning more than ten years at FTP Software, C-Cube Microsystems, and LSI Logic. He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley, and a MBA from MIT.
