Licensed Real Estate Inspector - Trains a student to perform home inspections, usually completed when a home sells, and is available online.
Texas Loan Officer - Helps prepare a student for a career as a loan officer or mortgage broker, and is available as a live class in Austin
Licensed Real Estate Appraiser - Teaches home appraisal techniques, and is available live in Austin, or online.
