Ralph Pagano of Ralph Pagano Events, who has been featured on the popular Fox Television show Hell's Kitchen with Chef Gordon Ramsey, and on Iron Chef with the renowned Bobby Flay, will visit Cooking with B² and prepare his favorite dishes. The show will air on Monday, August 20 and Wednesday, August 22.

Livingston, NJ (PRWEB) July 29, 2007 -- Café Serene, a "something for everyone -- fine dining meets casual eatery" at 55 Mount Pleasant Avenue in Livingston, New Jersey invites dining and food fans to tune in and watch Cooking with B², an entertaining weekly show featuring cooking technique, delicious recipes and surprise guests. Hosted by Café Serene Owner and Executive Chef Bruce Miller, and his Sous Chef, Bill Morales, Cooking with B² airs Mondays at 7:30PM on Cablevision 76, and Wednesdays at 8:30PM on Comcast 26. The show currently airs in over 75 cities, and expansion into other viewing areas is planned.

"Cooking with B² was created to be educating and engaging," says Miller. "We're succeeding. We receive frequent fan mail, and people recognize us often from the show. Most importantly, we're a different type of show. We film the show at Café Serene, not at a "set" like most cooking shows, but right in our own kitchen, so people can see that we take a back to the basics approach that is doable -- right in their own homes. There's a different theme every week. We are spontaneous and love doing it."

Pagano, whose first book will be published in Spring 2008, is also currently shooting a new series titled Pressure Cook for the MOJO HD network.

"It's a thrill for me," says Pagano, "to appear on Cooking with B². I've dined at Café Serene and watched the show many times. Bruce Miller is an excellent chef, and his personality is wonderful. It's a mutual admiration society we have for each other. To step into his kitchen with him and discuss my favorite recipes for viewers will be both fun and an honor."

"Ralph Pagano," says Miller, "is a true pro, and I'm enthused that he's a Café Serene and Cooking with B² fan. His appearance on the show will be enjoyable and informative."
