Digitaria Reveals Saturday Night Live Web Site Redesign

New Web site features searchable archives from more than 30 seasons of Saturday Night Live.

Digitaria, a full-service digital marketing and technology firm, today revealed details of the Saturday Night Live (SNL) Web site redesign. The new site (http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live) features significantly improved design and usability, and searchable archives from more than 30 seasons of the show's history.

Saturday Night Live needed a Web site that would capture the spirit of the late-night comedy showcase, by extending laughs, surprises and performances to its online visitors, while ultimately increasing advertising sales performance. In addition, SNL aimed to gain insight into site activity and user behavior, and to promote a forum for user generated content and user feedback. SNL selected Digitaria for its long standing relationship with NBC Universal, and its ability to provide all aspects of the Web site redesign - from design to analytics.

Since the Web site launch in June 2006, SNL has carefully tracked site traffic and has measured a positive return on investment.
