45 % of MLS-REIL Realtors Did Not Close Any Transaction During the Past Year

A report released by CleanOffer.com shows that 45% of the San Francisco Peninsula MLS-REIL licensed agents have not closed a transaction from July 1st, 2006 to June 30th, 2007. The report concludes that top agents who are using customer relationship management tools sell more homes.

CleanOffer.com, a local Internet company that facilitates the agent-client relationship by delivering real-time Multiple Listing Service (MLS) search capabilities to MLS member agents and their clients, releases the results of its Agent Performance Analysis today. The analysis shows that 45% of the San Francisco Peninsula MLS-REIL licensed agents have not closed a transaction from July 1st 2006 to June 30th 2007.

The report also shows that, during the same period, agents who were members of CleanOffer.com have sold 2.5 times more homes than non-member agents. Also, 14% of CleanOffer.com member agents were able to close a minimum of one transaction monthly, compared to 3.6 % for non-member agents.
