Mark Scroggins comes on as the Director of ESI Consulting, while Ms. Atkins comes in as C2 Legal's National Practice Support Coordinator and Project Manager.

Prior to joining C2 Legal, Mark Scroggins was a trial attorney and litigator in private practice for eleven years. During seven of those eleven years, he was the managing partner for that law firm. Mr. Scroggins practice focused primarily on trial work, litigation, and business consultation. In 2004, he left private practice to become the General Counsel and Vice President of Business Operations for a Dallas brokerage firm. In these positions, Mr. Scroggins was able to help the company double in size while decreasing litigation costs and overall legal spend through various procedure and practice implementations. With his legal practice experience of being a litigator and former general counsel, Mr. Scroggins couples all of that with his ESI consulting experience to provide C2 Legal's client base with a unique and value added consultation experience.

In her role, Clair will be acting as a national practice support trainer and project manager to C2 Legal's various national offices. Clair's expertise centers around formulating best practice methodology as well as client tailored project management. Her technical software knowledge encompasses the supporting platforms: Concordance, Summation, Law 4.0/5.0 and Ringtail among many others.
