The Inaugural Bike Fest 2007 at Snow Trails Ski Resort

This motorcycle based event, set for Friday, August 3, 2007 following the AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, which is the Friday afternoon of the Honda Super Cycle Weekend at Mid-Ohio, will excite with extreme shows, live music, activities, and so much more!

Snow Trails, known for winter sports and entertainment, will host their Bike Fest, a motorcycle enthusiast's event, this Friday, August 3, 2007 at 3 p.m. Being the inaugural year and the first of its kind for Snow Trails, Marketing Manager Nate Wolleson said, "Bike Fest is a full scale motorcycle event with a variety of related shows. There are also fun units for young and old, games and shows to participate in with your own bike, live music, and more!"

The shows include a stunt show by Team Gixxie, sponsored by McCune Cycle World, performing wheelies and stunts on sportbikes and the Trials Guy's shows, with skill and technique on a dirt bike made for climbing -- even over a car.

Other entertainment provided with Fun-Units to include a Reverse-Bungee, Rock-Wall, and Bounce-House, a Dyno trailer, to measure motorcycle horsepower, and an exhibit area with motorcycle and non-motorcycle related vendors, all open at 3 p.m.

Fat Daddy's House of Bones will BBQ during the event. They were recently named in the top ten in the nation for BBQ by Phantom Gourmet, often associated with the Food Network. Other concessions of food and beverages will be available.

The Inaugural Bike Fest Show 2007, with spectator judging, will be from 3 p.m.- 9 p.m. Biker games, open to all and sponsored in-part by Evans Power Sports and Hale's Harley Davidson, begin at 6 p.m. with three contests, the Cone-Weave, Slow-Ride, and Burn-Out Pit. Prizes for the bike show and biker games will be awarded on-stage at 9:30 p.m. The band "Jumping Dead Batteries," from Columbus and sponsored in-part by Coors Light, will rock at 8 p.m.
