In this role, he will be actively involved in the development of property marketing, valuation analysis, market research, and other corporate activities on behalf of our clients.
Prior to joining The Mumford Company, Bryan was with Blanchard Properties, Inc. as a commercial real estate agent. From the preparation of marketing and financial packages for all listings, as well as supervising the rehab of large multifamily buildings; to negotiating multi-million dollar contacts, he was deeply involved in all aspects of the transaction.
Bryan is a graduate of the University of Texas, and has continued his real estate education by attending Champion's Schools of Real Estate, including coursework in investment and property management successfully completing the state administered exam for the Principles I and II - Laws of Contracts.
