FauxWoodBeams.com, the industry leader in faux beams, has expanded its extensive selection of ceiling beams with the addition of Woodland beams, offered in a wide range of sizes. "Now we can give customers even more design options in their homes or businesses," said Steve Barron, President of FauxWoodBeams.com. "The Woodland line offers an extended range of hard-to-find sizes, to fit almost any situation. If you need a four-sided beam with an end cap in a special size - now we have it."
Process Allows Extended Sizing for Wood Beams
The Woodland line of faux wood beams is manufactured through a labor-intensive process that miters durable, lightweight polyurethane into u-shaped beams with an appealing natural look. Since one-piece U-shaped molds are not used, more than 70 sizes are available, from 4" x 6" x 16' to 18" x 16" x 16'. This makes buying for a project simple and convenient.
The beams are available unfinished (ready for painting or staining by you) or prefinished in a walnut stain. To achieve the look of a solid timber, end caps are also available as an option for all of the beams.
Timber Frames and Trusses
"Home owners and businesses are looking for ways to customize their interiors, and trusses easily add a touch of structural elegance to a room," said Ruth Barron, CFO of FauxWoodBeams.com. Whether adding to an existing A-frame, creating a custom chalet or redoing a room to bring the natural look of wood to an indoor space, trusses bring the eyes and attention to the open space above.
Woodland ceiling beams are ideal for trusses because they are available 4-sided, and come in a wide range of sizes. They can also be ordered with or without end caps. Using faux wood beams, you can achieve the look without structural concerns or ongoing maintenance.
Available 3-sided or 4-sided
These box beams are available in both three-sided and four-sided versions. The three-sided beams offer a convenient channel to hide ugly wires, cords or lighting. Eighteen sizes are also available as four-sided beams, to give a complete finished look for installations such as trusses that are supported separately and visible from all angles.
The light weight and simplicity of prefabricated polyurethane beams allows for easy installation in a variety of settings. The Fauxwoodbeams.com website also presents several free step-by-step installation videos.
Fauxwoodbeams.com offers a range of other decorative products including planks, corbels, braces and vigas to customize each project to your own style.
