BUCA, Inc. (NASDAQ BUCA) has selected Texas based orderTalk Inc., a leading provider of online ordering and call center interface services to the restaurant industry, to supply its chain of restaurants, Buca di Beppo with online ordering and call center interface technology.
The pilot project, which will be launched in September 2007, will allow Buca di Beppo customers to order online directly from Buca's website. All orders will be securely and seamlessly transmitted to the restaurant's point of sale system. Customers will even be able to use Buca gift cards online as a payment method.
