New online tool measures and reveals best practices for product introduction efforts.

Santa Clara, CA (PRWEB) August 14, 2007 -- Customer Manufacturing Group, the thought leader in using business process management to improve marketing and sales results, announces the availability of a free new product/service launch self-assessment.

This online self-assessment can be found at http://www.customermfg.com/productintroassessment.shtml and has been adapted from the company's proprietary Product Launch ThruPut Accelerator™ to provide an effective and accurate self-assessment of the new product/service launch process within any company.

The New Product/Service Introduction Assessment relies on the input of a single person to provide recommendations. The need for these assessment tools are well-documented in terms of the failure rates of new product launches.
