Rick Duda with Homes Designed To Sell was the featured guest speaker at Gwinnett Technical Institute, presenting trends in the home staging industry as well as addressing career and business ownership opportunities in the rapidly growing field of home staging and interior redesign.

Rick Duda, CEO of Homes Designed To Sell, was the guest speaker for July to members of the interior design program at Gwinnett Technical Institute.

Mr. Duda discussed his company's industry leading business model that offers three levels of affiliation with his firm including an Apprentice Program, Exclusive Affiliate Program and Licensee Program which is based on a franchising model. Mr. Duda addressed a series of questions including the pros and cons of beginning a career or starting a business in home staging, the various types of staging accreditation programs, and how traditional interior decorating is different from home staging and redesign.

Homes Designed To Sell was featured on A&E's Flip This House so he offered how home staging benefits real estate investors including those who are flipping houses. Homes Designed To Sell offers seminars to Realtors and investors providing designed to sell staging tips that improve return on investment yields for home remodeling and renovation projects.
