Hayes stresses that the most important element to the success of Premier Health Products besides the new technology has been selling a high-quality product with a commitment to staying in the industry in the long-term. "Our competitors are often fly-by-night manufacturers who advertise that they sell the 'best chairs in the business,' but then aren't around to honor their warranties six months later when those recliners break down," Hayes observes.
