"Our competitors are often fly-by-night manufacturers who advertise that they sell the 'best chairs in the business,' but then aren't around to honor their warranties six months later when those recliners break down," Hayes observes. Hayes is quick to note that Premier pioneered the five-year warranty on massage chairs, which is the longest in the industry. "A five-year warranty shows your customers that you stand by your product. We also test our chairs four or five times before shipping them out, and we use higher quality motors so that they don't break down. Ultimately we stay more profitable because of these lower breakdown rates, and our customers stay happy and then they refer us to their friends and families. The word is getting out."
