Atlantic Partners, Inc., the Business Continuity consulting firm, announced today it has entered into an agreement to support the Baltimore firm, Corporate Mailing Services, (CMS) in the area of Business Continuity Planning, through a complete redesign and validation of the current continuity processes the organization follows supporting its core businesses of presort mail services, digital print, disaster recovery, and logistics and fulfillment.

"When the CMS management team approached us to provide a complete evaluation and redesign of their continuity plan, we realized their commitment to customer service ran as deep as their expertise in their core businesses", said Atlantic Partners President, Joseph Ferreri. "Here was an organization that had already been providing disaster recovery services to their client base, but wanted to ensure that the processes they had in place, and the procedures they followed, represented 'best in class' methodologies through validation by an independent source. We don't see that level of commitment every day."

"We have found that Business Continuity Planning is an area that many organizations have a renewed interest in", said Atlantic Partners Vice President, John Erickson. "The leadership team within organizations recognize that good stewardship requires that they insure they have done the necessary due diligence to make certain that the organizations stakeholders, employees, and clients interests are protected. Our group's application of Process Flow analysis and Six Sigma methodology, provides the blueprint for continuation of quality services to our clients in the event of a disruption, such as is the case in a Pandemic event."

"The services we provide to our customers, and the competitive nature we function within, requires us to continuously be on the leading edge of technology, organization and efficiency", said CMS President, Steve Linsenmeyer. "Our customers look to us for leadership and expertise in our core areas, to meet and exceed their expectations; and this initiative will further raise the level of service we provide to our clients."
