Delivered through the Knowledge Infusion Center of Excellence, the free webinar is open to all members of the HCM community. The webinar will outline how Applebee's partnered with Knowledge Infusion to deliver a talent management strategy.

Knowledge Infusion, the recognized consulting authority on technology solutions that drive Human Capital Management (HCM) and talent management technology, will present a webinar, "Building a Foundation for Talent at Applebee's," with client and retail leader Applebee's International on the importance of a talent management technology strategy. WHO: Amie Broesder, Associate Director of HRIS at Applebee's International oversees the HRIS department responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resources. Amie is responsible for setting direction for the HR system implementations and is involved in setting priorities for future projects and enhancements, reviewing requirements, and working with customers to ensure successful implementations and production support.

David Link is Managing Consultant at Knowledge Infusion where he focuses on helping customers better understand how HCM technology can drive strategic value throughout their organization. Link has over 20 years in the consulting industry and word closely with HR and IT executives to design and enact a transformation of the HR function by leveraging technology solutions. Prior to joining Knowledge Infusion, he was vice president of HR transformation at The Cedar Group, formerly known as the Hunter Group where he utilized his unique blend of technology solutions and business strategy to work extensively with vendors and enterprise customers to articulate market trends and issues around how to successfully move traditional HR to human capital management.
