Industrial action by striking postmen could be a vital e-marketing wake-up call for ambitious companies.

E-mail is an obvious solution to the postal strikes - one that should prompt firms to explore more efficient e-trading options to benefit their clients, cut costs and boost productivity.

E-marketing experts at Dorset-based Refreshed Media are urging companies to look beyond the threat posed by Royal Mail strike action to the huge opportunities offered online.
