On Saturday, August 4th, Lansdowne Town Center showed once again why it is the new residential, retail and commercial heart of Lansdowne.

Town Square, the community's "event lawn" and central outdoor gathering place was the site of a live evening concert by Passion Band, a popular DC area reggae group.

"A good time was had by all and it was a great way to cap off our free Summer Concert Series," said Kathy Yurchak, Marketing Manager, Lansdowne Development Group. "The music of Passion Band is very upbeat and lively. It's the perfect complement to the atmosphere at Lansdowne Town Center, where something always seems to be happening, night and day."

As Lansdowne Town Center evolves and grows up, it continues to distinguish itself as Loudoun County's premier community to live, shop and play.

"When many neighborhoods start winding down for the night, Lansdowne Town Center comes alive," added Yurchak. "We have over a dozen restaurants, cafés and eateries located just steps from our homes. So our community is bustling all day long and even at night."

In addition to a world of dining options, the marketplace at Lansdowne Town Center features a wide variety of shops and conveniences, as well as a Harris Teeter grocery store.

Homeowners can also look forward to enjoying the Harper Clubhouse, which will feature an outdoor pool and hydrotherapy spa, fully equipped fitness center, club room, conference room, kid's playroom and more.

Beazer Homes, Centex Homes and Van Metre Homes are now selling all new Townhome-style Condominiums and 2-Car Garage Townhomes at Lansdowne Town Center.

"Now is the perfect time to visit because our builders have decorated models to tour," said Yurchak. "So you can get a real sense of what makes Lansdowne Town Center special, both inside the homes and right outside your door."
