Whizard® Series II Trimmers from Bettcher Industries are designed to improve working productivity in beef trimming operations. The Model 620 Trimmer is particularly well-suited for beef button-bone trimming operations that completely remove the bone from the meat in a manner that's dramatically faster and easier when compared to using a conventional straight knife.
With the Series II Trimmer tool, the button-bone trimming procedure is swift and highly effective. Additionally, the more natural position of the wrist and hand during the trimming procedure greatly reduces the likelihood that operators will become fatigued or experience hand stress from the job, as is often the case when using a straight knife.
The Whizard® Series II Trimmer line from Bettcher incorporates new, patented design elements to enhance operator productivity, safety and comfort in the button-bone trimming procedure. An enhanced gear mesh design contributes to smoother blade operation. In addition the Series II Trimmer handpiece features a contoured handle to reduce grip force and torque momentum. Operators can choose from five handle sizes, which are easily interchangeable. The handles are color-coded by size for easy identification, and are very comfortable - even during periods of extended use. A removable hand-strap provides operators with added control, while the flex-shaft/casing attaches to the handpiece using a simple two-action motion.
The new features of Whizard® Series II Trimmers have been designed specifically for the changing meat processing industry. They add a new degree of productivity and flexibility in meat processing, and in enhancing bottom-line profits.
