"I feel like someone should pinch me, I can't believe how much luck I've been having by just sitting back. I'm usually so on the go, and it seems the less I do the more things happen. I'm in a new phase and chapter of my life, and I couldn't be happier."

Evans, a die-hard fan of the Boston Red Sox, just bought a condo directly across the street from the park just to see the games. He is currently working on a new album that will feature mostly original material in the "crooner" genre.

"Performing for the President of The United States is an honor. It's a real achievement for me. It's a long way from my old hometown," says Evans.
