Eco Banners: Digital Printing with Earth-friendly Ink on Recycled Fabric - The Best Approach to Proving Your Message is Really Thinking Green

Eco banners printed on recycled poly fabric with earth-friendly digital inks: launch date, Sept 11, 2007. If you're thinking green, show it off - eco banners and display printed with your message adds one more layer to eco advertising. Dream Digital Fabric printing service now offers printed eco banners, panels and fabrics from 100% recycled plastic. Replace traditional banners with a better message by saying it on eco fabric banners.

Orangeburg, NY (PRWEB) August 20, 2007 -- Eco-friendly is more than a buzzword at the Dream Digital Fabric Printing Company. It's a reality. The new division, Dream Green Banners, www.dreamgreenbanners.com, will be the first to offer recycled banners as a specifically developed product. If your message is going green, enhance it by advertising on a green product.

Beginning this September 11, green, recycled and earth-friendly products will become available as digitally printed fabric for banners, hanging and mounted panels, home textile products and other suitable applications. Many clients are looking to transition their standard display banners onto eco fabrics, featuring the use of eco products as part of their message.

Victoria D'Angelo, product development director for Dream Digital, www.dreamfabricprinting.com, sees this new product line as a necessity in the market: "As our environments continue to require more and more visual display, the obvious 'best next step' is to replace non-friendly products as much as possible by introducing new, greener products. Printing with eco-friendly inks is already possible. Printing on recycled polyester, especially the 100% green fabrics, is a challenge. There's a lot involved since the structure of recycled poly is much different than virgin poly. We are developing various levels of product from partially green to fully green, depending on the application. It has become a test of mastering chemistry, fiber and Mother Nature -- but well worth it in the end."

Dream Green Banners takes first steps into the green market with three specific fabric constructions printed with water based, friendly ink chemistries. Consulting services regarding digitally printed eco fabrics are offered to help bring green printing into commercial markets.

The parent company, Dream Digital Fabric Printing, is a direct-to-fabric ink jet printing service, using Reggiani DReAM™ Machine Systems, capable of printing over 120 yards per hour, the only digital printing facility of its kind, offering mill level processes as a full service 'shop'. Dream Digital's services include printing fabrics and banners from customer files and artwork as well as complete image, design and manufacturing packages.

Currently awaiting their first run of banners made by Dream Green Banners are several casinos, hotels, music tours, environmental organizations, corporations producing eco products such as hybrid automobiles, service industry companies, food service companies and other public and private corporations. Local printing companies will be outsourcing to Dream to expand their product range to service their environmentally savvy customer.
